Are your products 100% natural?+

Lisah-Khayil products are built around natural, botanical ingredients and clear ingredient lists. Some formulas use a very small amount of preservation support for product safety and freshness. Please check the exact ingredient list on each product page before buying.

Where are your ingredients sourced?+

We source our botanicals from small artisan farms and ethical suppliers in New Zealand and internationally. We prioritise organically grown and sustainably harvested ingredients wherever possible.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?+

All Lisah-Khayil products are cruelty-free — we never test on animals. Most of our products are vegan-friendly. A few formulations contain raw honey, which is not considered vegan. Please check the ingredient list on each product page for details.

Do your products contain allergens?+

Our products contain natural plant extracts which can occasionally cause sensitivity in people with specific allergies. We always recommend performing a patch test before first use. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?+

Our formulations are designed to be gentle and nourishing, making them well-suited to sensitive skin. However, everyone's skin is unique. We recommend patch testing, and if you have concerns, please reach out to us — we're happy to guide you.

Can I use your products during pregnancy?+

While our ingredients are natural, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using new skincare products during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as sensitivities can change.

Do you use preservatives?+

Some water-containing skincare formulas need preservation support for safety and freshness. We avoid parabens and aim for the gentlest suitable preservation system for each formula. Exact ingredients are listed on the relevant product page.

How should I store my products?+

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most products have a shelf life of 12 months once opened. Keeping lids tightly closed helps preserve the integrity of the formulation.

How often should I use the products?+

Usage varies by product — please refer to the directions on each product page or label. Generally, our serums and moisturisers are designed for daily use, morning and evening.

Do you ship internationally?+

We currently ship within New Zealand only. We're working on expanding our shipping options. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

How long does shipping take?+

Orders within New Zealand are typically processed within 1–3 business days. North Island standard shipping is $8 NZD (3–5 business days) and South Island is $15 NZD (4–7 business days). Orders over $120 qualify for free standard shipping. Rural deliveries may take slightly longer.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Afterpay — so you can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Do you sell gift vouchers?+

Yes! Our Lisah-Khayil Gift Vouchers are available in values from $25 to $250. They are delivered instantly by email and have no expiry date. Perfect for a thoughtful, flexible gift.

Do you offer skincare consultations?+

Yes! We love helping you find the right products for your skin. Reach out via our contact page and we'll be happy to offer personalised guidance.

Can I return a product?+

Due to the nature of skincare products, we accept returns only for unopened, unused items within 14 days of purchase. If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at hello@lisahkhayil.co.nz.

Are the products handcrafted?+

Yes. Every product is handcrafted in small batches in New Zealand. This ensures freshness, quality control, and the care that only comes from small-scale artisan production.
