1. General

By accessing and using the Lisah-Khayil website (lisahkhayil.co.nz) and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products

All Lisah-Khayil products are handcrafted in small batches in New Zealand using natural and organic ingredients. While we strive for consistency, minor variations in colour or texture may occur due to the natural origin of our ingredients. Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Our products are formulated with natural plant-based ingredients. We always recommend performing a patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Some products contain sweet almond oil — please check individual product pages for allergen information.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Afterpay (split into 4 interest-free payments). All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We reserve the right to cancel any order if there are issues with payment, stock availability, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $120 NZD. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or faulty products will be replaced or refunded — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Lisah-Khayil and is protected by New Zealand copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
